A Letter to my 3 Year Old

Dear Little Man,

I am sat here on the eve of your 3rd birthday wondering where the last 3 years have gone.

A Letter to my 3 year old

3 years ago I was in very slow labour wondering if you were ever going to come and meet us. Well you did and you certainly did it in style! Our first year together was hard but we got there and now here we are. You’re going to be 3, my little baby.

Mummy and Daddy are so very proud of you. You are our beautiful, tall, intelligent boy and we couldn’t be prouder. You make my heart melt every day when you give me a kiss or when you say that you love me. You are so affectionate, so loving. I am so proud to be your Mum.

You make me laugh every day with your cheekiness and the glint in your eye. You love to laugh and love to make other people happy too. That is something I adore about you.

When Daddy is away I no longer feel lonely because I have you with me, my little friend. We make a good team, you and I. When I am anxious I only have to look at you to know it is worth fighting so I can make your life as good as it can be.

You love cars and planes. You are happiest when you are playing with all your vehicle related toys.

You drive me round the bend sometimes too but I wouldn’t change you for anything.

We are so proud of you Little Manuel John. Happy Birthday.

Love Mummy xxx

Love this post 🙂 it’s crazy how fast the time goes isn’t it? I’m still trying to work out how mine can possibly be 9 and 11 already! Shame he was a bit poorly on his actual birthday but from your other post it sounds like he still had a lovely day.
Thanks for linking up to #Picknmix Stevie x x
