5 Beauty Products I Can’t Live Without Now I’m A Mum

Okay, so before we start this post I feel I need a slight disclaimer. I am in no way, shape or form a beauty blogger. I think it’s fair to say that at 30 years old I am only starting to really understand make up now and how to use it. There are a few products that are my go-to things to keep my face looking half alive and my skin and hair in some sort of decent state. Let’s face it now I’m a Mum morning beauty routines are about speed!!! So today I thought I would share with you my 5 beauty products I can’t live without now I’m a Mummy.

5 Beauty Products I Can't Live Without Now I'm A Mum

Dry Shampoo – This is just the law now isn’t it?! There should be at least one can of this in any Mums bathroom cabinet. Sometimes I get up late there is no time to wash my hair and this saves my life and makes my hair look and smell nice!!!

Hand Cream – I’m not sure if this is because I’m older now or because I’m a Mum that never remembers her own gloves just the three year olds but my hands get super dry now. There isn’t a huge budget in my house for beauty buys so any hand cream will do I’m afraid.

Concealer – If I barely have time for make up in the morning then concealer is a must. Not only does it cover any spots that I get but also those enourmous under eye black circles that have appeared since Little Man was born!

Tinted Moisturiser – The lazy girl in me loves this for the fact that it can do two things in one go. I don’t tend to wear heavy foundation so a tinted moisturiser gives enough colour but doesn’t make my face feel too caked in make up for every day.

Eyeshadow Primer – This is a new discovery for me but probably my favourite on this list. Before I discovered this (Thanks Zoella!) I would put eye shadow on at 6am for my working day and by 10am it had worn off. Not any more my friends, not anymore. Now after a thin layer of the primer my eye shadow is still on in the evening!! Even better the primer in the photos was only £1.99.

So there we are my top 5. Are there any big ones I am missing out on?

Ooh, might look into that primer! So with you on the dry shampoo, concealer and hand cream. Don’t know what’s happened but my hands are so much drier now than they used to be! x
