Mothers Day Gift Guide 2017

Mothers Day is around the corner and one of my favourite things to do is finding lovely gifts so I thought I would put the two together again and do a gift guide. I have some really lovely and a little different things this year. To be honest these are all very ‘me’ things but I’m sure lots of other mama’s out there would love them too. So without further babbling, here they all are.

Kate Spade Dipped Initial Notebook – Oh I do love pretty stationary and this Kate Spade notepad is the prettiest of all. You can get this from Amara Living for £16 and is worth every penny. The paper quality is very pleasing and it makes list making so much of a nicer experience.

Spicers of Hythe Hamper – Who doesn’t love a hamper? Lovely things to eat and drink and treat a hard working mama to. I received two beautiful ones from Spicers of Hythe which had all sorts of yummy treats inside of them. My personal favourites were the chocolate covered raspberries, the cookie truffles and of course the wine. These hampers are beautifully presented and come in the cutest pink baskets which I think makes them extra special as when you have eaten and drunk everything you have a pretty basket to store things in too. These are a must for a food loving Mum. Prices for Mothers Day Hampers start at £21.

Lauren Dwyer Sweatshirt – Slogan sweatshirts and hoodies seem to be the thing at the moment with Mums and I love them too. The Mama Bear range from Lauren Dwyer are just beautiful and really reasonably priced too at £16 for the sweatshirt . You can even get them for the little ones too!

Boo Chew Teething Necklace ‘Noah’ – If you haven’t discovered Apples and Pips  run by the wonderful Budding Smiles yet then take a look. You can get the lovely Boo Chew teething necklaces from there and they are lovely! I have a teething Little Lady at the moment and she has also just learnt to grab so if she’s not trying to chew my shoulder she is grabbing my hair. Teething necklaces are great for little ones to have a good chew on but also they look stylish and lovely on Mum too. The perfect present for a Mummy of a tiny one. The one in the picture is called ‘Noah’ and is £13.50.

The Pretty Little Treats Company Gift Set – If you are looking for some smellies to buy as a gift this Mothers Day but with a bit of a difference then have a look at The Pretty Little Treats Company Gift Set. They have a bit of a vintage feel and you can make up your own gift sets too! The bath treats come as little cupcakes and are so pretty. I have also tried their Bath Concoction and lip balm; both of these smell gorgeous. Everything is handmade and just as the name suggests a pretty little treat!! Gift sets start at around £10.

Joules Bright Cross Body Bag – This bag is a favourite of mine. I love Joules as a brand and for £40 you can get this beautiful bag from Amara Living. I love love love it and use mine every day. It’s perfect for your necessities and for me when I don’t want to take the changing bag out! It has a good long strap and I just love the blue; it comes in other bright colours too. For a Joules loving Mum this is a perfect addition to their collection.

Affirmations Journal for Self Love & Confidence – This is another product from Apples and Pips. The book is full of affirmations to help with self confidence, something that I for one lack! I really love the idea of something to go to when I feel a bit low or unsure. It is based around a 100 day course to help increase that confidence and self love and what Mummy doesn’t sometimes need a little reminder as to how amazing they are. This is £13.99 and if you get it from Apples & Pips 10% of their profits go to the charity Mama Academy, a charity very close to my heart.

I hope you like what I have chosen. Obviously all we really want is a lie in, a wee in peace and a cuddle but any of these would be a lovely added bonus!

Happy Mothers Day for Sunday to Mama’s everywhere not forgetting Angel Mummies too.

I was sent some of these products for review. however all opinions are my own. I love them all!!
