Becoming Superheroes with Hallmark’s Itty Bittys #strongertogether

My little man loves superheroes, if he could be one himself I think he would be. So when Hallmark got in touch about their new Justice League Itty Bittys I knew he would be excited.

If you haven’t seen Itty Bittys before, you need to! They are adorable tiny soft versions of much loved characters and quite simply are super cute. Hallmark sent us an amazing box full of goodies so that we could join in with their #strongertogether campaign including their very own superhero gang in Itty Bitty form. With the new Justice League film coming out on Friday they wanted to find out about how we as a family are stronger together!

This was my little boys dream; he got to make his very own superhero costume and one for his sister too. First of all we made a family superhero logo. He decided he wanted a ‘K’ on it as that is the first letter of our surname and then decorated it with shapes. At the bottom he put a coloured sequin for Mummy, Daddy, Little Man, Little Lady and his angel sister too.

Then we got stuck into cape making, he named himself ‘Super Sam’ and decorated his cape with glittery fireworks. We then did Little Lady’s together and decorated it with butterflies as butterflies have a special meaning in our family. I think you will agree my mini superheroes look pretty awesome!

We are no superhero family; we can’t fly and you won’t find us ripping our tops off to find a superhero badge underneath but what we do have is strength. Super strength. And I think that is our families super power. Without strength we never would have got through the last couple of years and my two mini superheroes are the definition of strength. Super Sam has taken everything in his stride and passed on his super strength to me and as for Little Lady well she is the strongest of all of us. She is a true fighter, a true mini superhero. That’s my opinion anyway, Little Man had a slightly different answer to what he thought our family superpowers were. He said that the super powers making us stronger together as a family were that we never break a pinky promise and we always cuddle. Three pretty solid super powers I would say.

As for the Itty Bittys well they have gone down a storm in our house. The kids have been taking them everywhere with them and have loved playing with them. I already want to add to their collection. I just love them and they would make amazing Christmas presents too. Hallmark also have a great range of superhero cards.

What are your families super powers? And don’t forget the new Justice League film is out on Friday!

We were sent the box of goodies from Hallmark in return for a collaborative post. All opinions are my own.
