Weaning isn’t a baby stage I love. There I said it. I found it quite stressful with Little Man and this time round with Little Lady it has been tricky for a whole new set of reasons. The main one being that due to her prematurity (she was 11 weeks early) her digestive system was ready for food at 6 months but she didn’t really get what to do with food as her corrected age was a lot younger. Because of this and advice from her consultant we have spent a lot of time on the puree stage so I… View Post

Nappy rash! It has become the bane of my life since having Little Lady. Little Man didn’t really suffer with it other than the odd flare up when teething so I was not clued up on the best thing to use. The lovely people at Bepanthen sent me some of their nappy care ointment to try and I have to say I was impressed.   I have used Bepanthen before but not regularly. I tend to fight the fire when it happens which after reading┬áBepanthen’s advice I realised I was taking the wrong approach to nappy rash.┬áBepanthen say that the… View Post

We are huge fans of the baby and kids food brand Organix. I used their products when weaning both kids and they always went down an absolute treat. We still have them now and the best bit about them? They are junk free but the kids think they are having a treat. Win win for Mummy and kids! Another thing my kids love is a good old picnic and the summer holidays is a perfect time for whipping out the picnic blanket and enjoying some good food outside. So if you are looking for some inspiration today I am sharing… View Post

If you read regularly you will know that I love a good cleaning product. I’m all about ease with cleaning; why make a job harder than it has to be? Ease and speed are key with me. Less time cleaning and more time with the kids or sat down is what I go for. I was kindly sent a 2 in 1 spray mop from Wiz Mops and can honestly say I love it. Not only does it mop your floors but you can use it for cleaning your windows too! The pack comes with the mop handle and then… View Post

I don’t very often buy clothes at full price, especially for the kids. There is always a sale somewhere and two maternity leaves don’t exactly leave you swimming in money. I have always been very impressed with the idea behind Love the Sales. They do all the hard work for you by finding the sales for you! Not only that but they group everything together by type, not just brand. Their website is so easy to use and you really can find some real bargains and hidden gems. At the moment Love the Sales are sharing a huge Converse sale… View Post
