Today I have a guest post from the lovely Janine at Unhinged Mummy – Tears & Tantrums. She has written a great post telling us her top tips when it comes to toddlers. I need all the tips I can get! Here is Janine with her top ten. I’m going to share with you my top ten toddler survival tips but please bear in my mind that I’m no expert when it comes to kids. Not in the least. However, as the mum of a seventeen, three and one year old, I do have a little bit of first hand experience and… View Post

I have suffered from bloggers block a bit this weekend. It is probably the first time since I have started blogging that I have sat down at Little Man’s naptime, opened up a new post and not had a clue what to write. This week has been uneventful. Little Man has had an infection which has required antibiotics so has not been in the best of moods due to the side effects of said antibiotics. When I have weeks like this, I don’t get a lot of inspiration for posts. There are no exciting trips to the farm or humorous… View Post

Welcome back to my Parenting Hack series. I love things that can make my life a bit easier and that is what this series is all about. I want to talk today about online grocery shopping and what a god-send it is. Yes, there is a picnic table for picnics of pizzas, crisps and fags but it isn’t a restaurant, someone isn’t going to come and… View Post

I don’t normally post on a Tuesday (I do love my routine!) but I have something so lovely to share with you. My Dad is a wonderful writer, I think it is from him that I get my love of writing. He never shares it other than with his nearest and dearest; a wasted talent I think. Anyway, he knows very little about my blogging life as I think he is unsure of the whole concept. However, yesterday he flippantly offered to write something about being a grandparent, I agreed not thinking he would actually send me anything. Yet sure… View Post
